Pseudoxanthoma elasticum

Confirmed by biopsy of an area of yellow, plaque-like papular skin lesion on the patient’s neck

Differential Diagnosis

  • All excluded by biopsy results confirming pseudoxathoma elasticum
    • Ehlers-Danlos
    • Paget disease of bone
    • Sickle cell anemia
    • Idiopathic
