• 43-year-old man with 4-month history of progressive bilateral hearing loss leading to complete deafness, imbalance, and decreased vision OU, presents with 3 days of acute vision loss OD
• Past ocular history:
  • Acute glaucoma OU requiring filtering surgery
  • Anterior uveitis OU
