Mild nuclear sclerotic and severe posterior subcapsular cataract (both eyes similarly affected)

Composite fundus photograph shows prominent granular white opacification of the inner retina resembling tiny white dots or "snowflakes." An opaque vitreous membrane is present from the optic disc into the temporal mid-periphery, crossing just in front of the macula.
