Subretinal and intraretinal hemorrhages, subretinal fluid
Fluorescein Angiograms
Early, peak, and late fluorescein angiograms show macular choroidal neovascularization. A plaque-like elevation with pigmented halo and sharply defined borders can be seen. Fluorescence is highest in the peak (transit) phase; late phases show minor leakage.
