Fundus Photographs
Numerous circular white lesions (black arrows) at the level of the retinal pigment epithelium in the macular region OU become near confluent inferiorly (white arrows). There is shallow subretinal fluid throughout the posterior pole OU.
Optical Coherence Tomography
Optical coherence tomography shows subretinal fluid (yellow arrows) throughout the central macula OU with very mild cystoid edema in the perifoveal macula OU (red arrows)
