• Visual Acuity

  OD 20/25

  OS 20/25

• Ocular motility, adnexa, pupillary reflexes, intraocular pressures, and anterior segments all normal
• Dilated fundus exam:

  OD Small white lesion superotemporal to the macula

  OS Area of necrosis with overlying hemorrhage from 12:30 to 3:00 in the peripheral retina. There is a second, smaller lesion at the distal end of the infero-temporal arcade.
