Case 43 History

  • 48-year-old woman presents with blurry vision OU that was slowly progressive over 1-2 weeks
  • Patient also complains of increasing floaters and occasional photopsias in both eyes
  • Past medical history remarkable for hypertension
  • Past ocular history is non-contributory
  • Medications include lisinopril
  • No known medication allergies
