- 48-year-old woman presents with blurry vision OU that was slowly progressive over 1-2 weeks
- Patient also complains of increasing floaters and occasional photopsias in both eyes
- Past medical history remarkable for hypertension
- Past ocular history is non-contributory
- Medications include lisinopril
- No known medication allergies
