Ocular histoplasmosis syndrome with choroidal neovascular membrane
Differential Diagnosis
- Myopic degeneration: high degree of myopia present
- Age-related macular degeneration: tends to be in older patients with macular drusen
- Multifocal choroiditis and panuveitis: often with associated vitritis
- Birdshot chorioretinopathy: always with associated vitritis
- Punctate inner choroidopathy: lesion tend to be smaller and more localized to the posterior pole
