  • A 44-year-old man complains of one-day history of blurriness in the nasal visual field OD
  • Denies headache, eye pain, flashes, and floaters OU
  • Notes considerable life stressors (raising a teenage daughter, spouse recently started working, works long hours as a plumber)
  • No past ocular history
  • Past medical history significant for ulcerative colitis
