Case 160 History
- 57-year-old man with past ocular history of optic neuritis OD (poor vision OD) presents with three-day history of scotoma OS with floaters. Vision has progressively worsened OS over past three days. He has noted flu-like symptoms as well as subjective fevers at night.
- No significant past medical history. No risk factors for immune suppression.
