Diabetic retinopathy: history of diabetes; hemorrhages usually scattered throughout posterior pole with microaneurysms and hard exudates
Radiation retinopathy: history of local radiation therapy
Arteriole macroaneurysm: typically elderly woman with focal, hyperfluorescent lesion of angiography
