Case 157 History

• 31-year-old male with one-month of blurry vision OS. Two weeks later vision decreases OD, with vision continuing to be worse OS. 
• Notes slight constriction of visual field, denies flashes, floaters, or other visual complaints
• Past Medical History: treated for gonorrhea one year ago
• Social History: monogamous relationship for 2 years; lives with partner and cat
