Case 155 History

• 28-year-old woman presents complaining of decreased vision OS for 2-3 days
• She denies any other ophthalmic symptoms, including floaters, pain, or photophobia
• Past medical history is significant for systemic lupus erythematosus for which she is being treated with Cytoxan and prednisone
