Fundus photograph demonstrates significant optic nerve head edema and retinitis (yellow arrows) of the nasal peripapillary retina with a small focus of intraretinal hemorrhage. There is a strand of inflammatory debris extending from the optic nerve to the mid vitreous. Several small vitreous snowballs are present in the inferonasal quadrant (white arrows). A small focus of parafoveal subretinal fluid is present (green arrow).
