Case 137 Exam
- Visual Acuity
OD 20/20
OS 20/40
- Pupils: relative afferent pupillary defect present on the right
- Extraocular motility, alignment, and intraocular pressures were normal OU
- Confrontation visual fields were normal in the left eye, but demonstrate mild temporal loss in the right eye
- Slit lamp examination of the right eye demonstrated a nasal pterygium with Stocker line, small keratic precipitates throughout the corneal endothelium. There is trace anterior segment cell and 2+ anterior vitreous cell. Slit lamp examination of the left eye was normal except for a nasal pterygium with Stocker line.

- nFTA – Negative
- RPR – Negative
- Toxocara canis antibodies – negative
- Lyme antibody studies – negative
- Bartonella henselae antibody studies - negative
- ESR - normal
- ACE – normal
- ANA – normal
- PPD – positive
- Toxoplasma gondii antibody study IgM – negative
- Toxoplasma gondii antibody study IgG – positive
