Case 120 History

• A 42-year-old woman presents with 2-year history of poor peripheral vision, slow dark adaptation, poor night vision, blurring of central vision, photosensitivity, and photopsias
• Patient has history of erythema multiforme in childhood, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, hypothyroidism, epilepsy
• Patient is on plaquenil, prednisone, depakote, synthroid
