  • 78-year-old female who underwent multiple surgeries for retinal detachment OS, most recently 6 months prior to presentation
  • Vision is light perception OS at baseline
  • Approximately two weeks prior to presentation, she began noticing floaters with a noticeable decrease in visual acuity OD
