What happens during the procedure?
Soft tissue fillers – collagen, hyaluronic acid (Restylane) and fat injection – are flexible substances that are injected into the skin to improve the appearance of wrinkles or fine lines. A very small needle is used to inject the filler directly into the wrinkle. Afterwards, you may notice some temporary swelling, redness or minor bruising where the injection occurred. The injections are given during a standard clinic visit and do not require any special preparation. There is no recovery waiting time and you may return to normal activity immediately. The injections will begin to take effect within 2–3 days and last from 3–6 months.

What is the expected outcome of the procedure?
Wrinkles or fine lines around the treated areas – eyes, mouth, cheeks, jaw line, brow and bridge of the nose – will become softer and more relaxed providing a more youthful appearance. appearance.
